Brownie Mix Oreo Ice-cream Sandwiches

This past Saturday, March the 6th, was National Oreo Day! Say WHAT!? Yeah, it was!

Well to celebrate, I decided to get a little creative. I turned one recipe into another, and then into another! Check out the recipe below. I won't bore you with too many details because it is literally the easiest and the recipe speaks for itself. BUT, I did take some fun pictures for you!

And here is the final product!

So delish, so easy, so worth breaking whatever fad diet you are currently on.
